What I’ve Done
Fall 2021
KidZoneTV Intern, Mount Sinai Hospital
As an intern at Mount Sinai I worked on pitching, collaborating and producing television broadcasts with entertaining and therapeutic content for the patients of the Kravis Children's Hospital in New York City. I produced my own show, which I called "Fantastic Fables", introducing young patients to moral questions and thinking.
Spring 2021
Digital Managing Editor, Baylor Lariat
In my final semester with the Baylor Lariat I was the head of our digital managing department, working on baylorlariat.com and using WordPress to design special webpages for the newspaper's special editions. I also worked with my staff to manage our emailing list and e-newsletter system, sending out news updates every weekday during the semester. See some of my work here.
Fall 2020
Assistant Digital Managing Editor, Baylor Lariat
In 2020, the Lariat publication was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. We switched from publishing twice weekly to only publishing twelve times a semester. I joined the digital team and was tasked with directing readers towards our website and internet content, helping to manage an e-newsletter while still designing pages for print publication.

Page One Editor
My work as a Page Designer was the start of my love for media. I designed pages for the publication's twice weekly publications, editing written content, factchecking quotes and communicating with reporters on stories published on deadline. Designing pages in this job made me curious about designing HTML projects, which led into my next job at the publication. See some of my page design work here.
